Stainless steel pipes have been widely used in various fields and have the advantages of corrosion resistance,high strength and high toughness,good antimagnetic effect and beautiful appearance.In order to improve the plasticity and toughness of steels and alloys,and to prepare for precipitation hardening,the stainless steel pipes are subjected to high-temperature solid solution treatment.However,in this process,a very strong scale of oxide scale is formed on the surface of the stainless steel pipes,lowering The roughness of stainless steel pipe surface reduces its service life.Therefore,the effective method to remove the scale of the stainless steel workpiece is of great significance for the smooth execution of the next process and the prolongation of the life of the workpiece.Due to the special nature of the long stainless steel pipe structure,it is easy to produce vibration and deformation in the actual processing,especially the processing of the inner surface oxide scale,which has always been a problem in actual production.After research and design,it has been found that a magnetic honing system that combines magnetic technology and honing technology can effectively remove the oxide scale on the inner surface of the stainless steel tube and rough and finish the inner surface of the stainless steel tube.As a new processing technology,magnetic honing provides a new and effective solution to solve the problem of difficult processing of stainless steel inner surface.The current research and development of magnetic honing technology is not yet mature.Its main problems are poor processing stability,rapid heat generation during work,and large heat generation,which results in the inability of grinding process to continue steadily.The purpose of this project is to study and analyze the heating problem of magnetic honing system and analyze it from several aspects such as loss analysis,structure optimization,control system,temperature field,etc.,to optimize the temperature rise process of magnetic honing system,and to solve the problem of continuous stability of magnetic honing system.Problems with processing.The main content of this article is as follows:(1)Explore the root cause of the magnetic honing system,take the electromagnetic magnetic honing system as the research object,establish the system model based on the electromagnetic field theory and the finite element method,and analyze the temperature field of the magnetic honing system.Loss development study,analysis and calculation of various losses and affect the size of various factors.The mechanism of the copper consumption and iron loss in the magnetic field generator and its changing rules were investigated in detail and the changes in the wind and friction caused by different boring heads were used to provide relevant data for the specific solution to the heating problem of the magnetic honing system.Theoretical support.(2)Establish a mathematical model of the magnetic honing system.According to the coordinate transformation principle,transform the mathematical model in the three-phase stationary coordinate system of the system into a twophase rotating coordinate system based on the dq axis to obtain a more intuitive vector current.Control theory.The Matlab/Simu Link software was used to simulate and verify the torque-current ratio vector control method of the magnetic honing system.The system can achieve the minimum load current under the rated output torque,thus reducing the copper consumption and improving the system output torque performance.And for the magnetic honing system design a set of water cooling circuit to optimize heat dissipation.The temperature field of the magnetic honing system was simulated under the conditions of a control system and a water cooling system,and the maximum temperature at this time was 65°C,which was consistent with the conditions of continuous and stable processing.(3)The temperature rise test of the magnetic honing system.Under the premise of normal processing of the system,use the inverter to realize the system of torque and current ratio vector control,add the water cooling cycle device,control the relevant variables respectively to carry out experiments,measure and record the temperature rise change of the magnetic honing system,and observe its stable processing.Sex.Comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,analyzing and comparing the errors,the magnetic honing system can realize continuous and stable processing,providing theoretical support and experimental data for subsequent research and development.
