High-aluminum bronze alloy powders were widely used in the manufacture of wear-resistant and high-stress molds because of its excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance.At the same time,high-aluminum bronze has a large thermal conductivity,good resistance to agglutination,anti-adhesion ability,and has been widely used in some mirror stainless steel and titanium steel product molds in the production of drinking equipment and household appliances.The long-lasting phosphorescent material has characteristics such as high luminous efficiency,long afterglow time,chemical stability,and no radioactivity.As a kind of excellent light-storing light-emitting material,it has been widely used in coating fields,such as architectural decoration,warning signs and man-made landscapes.In this paper,the mechanism of quenching of long afterglow luminescent powder in cold sprayed layer,sol-gel cladding process,phosphorescence and mechanical properties of phosphor powder before and after coated,luminescent properties and mechanical properties of phosphor doped high alumina bronze composite coating before and after coated systematic studies have been conducted on various aspects such as performance changes.The results of this research are of great significance for improving and innovating the preparation process of luminescent coatings,reducing the cost of preparation,improving the luminescent properties,and protecting large equipment.1.Tetraethyl tetraethyl orthosilicate?TEOS?was used as precursor,anhydrous ethanol?Et OH?,distilled water and dilute HNO3 as coating materials.Sol-gel method was used to prepare Si O2-Sr Al2O4 coated powder with a coating ratio of 10%.And then,the Si O2-Sr Al2O4 coated powders was characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD and FTIR.The results show that the surface of Strontium Aluminate on phosphor is coated with a amorphous nano-Si O2 film,and the Si O2-Sr Al2O4 coated powder with nuclear shell structure is obtained.It also was found that the Si O2 shell structure prepared by sol-gel method that could optimize the surface morphology of the Si O2-Sr Al2O4coating powder more smooth and round,and lead to the increased hardness,and then results in a better luminescence property.2.The uncoated powders and the coated powders were spraying on the 45 steel substrate by the cold spraying technique.The friction and wear condition of the coatings were monitored by luminescence.To explore the cold spray process of the luminescence quenching mechanism of the phosphors and quenching process effect of the Si O2,the coated powders were characterized by SEM,and the microstructure,micro-composition and luminescence properties of the composite coatings were also investigated by the SEM,laser particle analyzer,fluorospectro photometer.The result indicating that the contact of rare earth phosphor with Fe,Mn,Ni elements,and the high-speed impact of spray particles on each other are the main reasons of the luminescence quenching of the cold spray coating.The Si O2 shell structure produced by sol-gel method has good anti-quenching effect,and the coating has better luminescence performance after coating and the effect of macro luminescence indicator is more obvious.3.The high aluminum bronze coating and Sr Al2O4 doped and Si O2 coated Sr Al2O4doped high aluminum bronze self sensitized composite coating were prepared on 45#steel substrate by cold spray technology,and the dry friction test of the coating was carried out by HT-1000 high temperature friction and wear tester.It has studied the effects of Sr Al2O4 doping and Si O2 coated Sr Al2O4 doping on the deposition characteristics,coating structure and friction and wear properties of the high aluminum bronze cold spray coating,and has tested the macroscopic indication effect of the self sensing light-emitting composite coating.The results show that the hardness of Si O2-Sr Al2O4 coated powder,which is prepared by the sol-gel method,is obviously increased and the coating surface is more smooth after coating.The Si O2coated Sr Al2O4 doped high aluminum bronze self sensitive luminescent composite coating has the best friction and wear properties,and the luminescent indicator effect is more obvious.
