| The hot runner technology is a new injection molding technology,which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.The development of many advanced plastic forming processes is based on the hot runner technology.Combining the hot runner technology with the characteristics,research status and development trend of the traditional injection molding,the injection molding process parameters,such as injection temperature,cooling time,holding pressure,mold temperature,injection time and injection pressure,are studied,while the warping deformation and volume shrinkage rate are regarded as research targets.Based on Moldflow,uniform experimental design method and response surface method,the mathematical model is constructed,and the optimization method of injection molding process parameters,based on genetic algorithm,is proposed.Aiming at the problem,that the warpage deformation easily appears in hot runner injection molding of controlled release funnel with the inner tilt side walls construction,the optimization method,put forward,of injection molding process is applied,and the molding process parameters of the plastic parts are optimized.Based on Moldflow,the finite element analysis model of the plastic parts was established,and the process of injection molding was simulated and analyzed.The influence of seven factors,such as injection temperature,cooling time,holding pressure,mold temperature,injection time,injection pressure,holding time and so on,on the warpage and volume shrinkage of the plastic parts was discussed.And the response surface method was adopted to establish the mathematical model between the warpage deformation and volume shrinkage rate of the plastic parts.The mathematical model was solved by genetic algorithm.The results show that the minimum warpage deformation and volume shrinkage rate of plastics parts occur under the injection molding process parameters,that the injection time is4.9s,the cooling time 68 s,the injection temperature 190℃,the holding time 4.7s,theholding pressure 57 MPa,the mold temperature 80℃ and the injection pressure 100 MPa.0.1089 mm and 1.42% respectively are gained under the condition.Through experiments,the reliability of the response surface model established is verified. |
