Roller blade has low manufacturing cost and high efficiency.Most importantly,it will improve the mechanical performance,product quality and operating performance which are beneficial for the potential realization of the blade performance.The profiles of HP compressor stator vane of one certain engine are quite complicated.In actual production,H Company encounters some problems like unsuitable process level and unstable blade quality which affect the product quality and reliability.This paper systematically analyzes the defects and shortcomings of the existing rolling process,and carried out a series of targeted research work.Through the application of computer simulation technology,research on flat blank making technology of wool,designed to meet the blade surface and billet rolling precision forming requirements;Through the use of rolling die surface compensation design technology,precision molding of mould cavity;By means of computer aided analysis and adjustment function,improving precision control ability of roll mill;Complete technical characteristics analysis for Rolling forming of Superalloy material;Research on rolling process,the six degree of freedom adjustment technology of blade.The geometrical dimension of the rolling compressor blade,structure performance can all satisfy the requirements of design drawing and relevant specification through above study and improvement.The precision control for rolling process are realized,the quality and stability of the compressor blade are greatly improved;the study and improvement breakthrough the bottleneck of unstable manufacturing quality of rolling blade with complicated profile,break the foreign technology blockade,realize the stable manufacturing of three generation compressor blades.The experiences accumulated in the study also lay a solid foundation for one certain engine rolling blade development.
