With the continuous improvement of marine energy development,as the auxiliary facility for oil and gas exploitation,the platform supply vessel(PSV)has a rapid development.In the process of loading and unloading,the falling accidents are inevitable because of the reality of the objective factors such as wind and wave.As an occasional accident,the dropped object may lead to a great damage to the ship structure,and directly affect the overall performances of the vessel.To reveal the damage deformation mechanism and find a theoretical basis for the optimized design of the structure,we carry out the collision research between the dropped object and PSV deck panel,which has important significance to enhance the security of the platform supply vessel.The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:1.Analysis the involved damage during the work process,the scope of research damage to be put forward.In order to study the structural safety,the finite element model is to be established by ANSYS and Hyper Works software;2.Based on the nonlinear finite element analysis technology,the dynamic process of the collision of a drill pipe and “OCEAN OIL 660” to be simulated by using LS-DYNA software,discuss the basic theory of collision,and expound the key technology and processing techniques for material parameters ?meshing?loading and post-processing;3.According to the actual working condition of the target ship,the limit height of the drill pipe falling is obtained.At this altitude,through the analysis of damage? deformation ?impact force?energy absorption and other related performance characters,the verification and evaluation of the crashworthiness of different location structures to be completed.The study shows that the deck structure is easily penetrated by the drill pipe,and higher collision force comes out with the stronger structure below the deck,more kinetic energy of the dropped object is dissipated with the deformation energy of the plates.Finally,the reliability of the numerical simulation results is verified by comparing and referring to the previous research results;4.On the basis of the original structure of the ship,a further study on single component enhancement effect on the overall structure of anti-shock effect,compared the response of the structure with different deck thickness?different longitudinal specifications and different reinforcements,the collision damage behavior and energy absorption mechanism is to be revealed.At the same time,the advantages of cushioning material and rubber for reducing structural collision are presented and analyzed,to realize the optimization design of deck structure crashworthiness,which provides a reference for future production and research.
