Analysis Of Safety Production Effect Of Coal Mine Based On SD’s Capacity Control

Affected by the impact of international coal imports and the unbalanced supply and demand of domestic coal,the overcapacity of coal production in China has become increasingly prominent,and the resulting safety production situation is still severe.Therefore,many scholars have conducted detailed studies on the control of production capacity and safe production of coal mines,but few articles have linked the two to study the safety production of coal mines from the perspective of capacity adjustment and analyze the relationship between the two.On the basis of the research of many scholars,this article deeply analyzes the relationship between capacity control and coal mine safety production.With regard to the current complex production conditions,the safety production situation caused by excess coal production capacity is still severe.Therefore,strengthening the research on the influence of production capacity control on coal mine safety production will help reduce or avoid accidents,help improve the overall safety production level of coal mines,and provide experience for similar or related industries,which will help improve operating efficiency and enhance the market.Competitiveness provides referenceable theoretical significance and operational solutions for achieving sustainable development.In addition,the scientific analysis of the mechanism of the overcapacity of coal production and the control mechanism of coal production capacity,macroscopically grasp the relationship between coal supply and demand,so as to ensure the balance of energy security and the development of the coal industry,health and development,and effective at the micro level It is of positive practical significance for the government to guide consumers and coal production to effectively and timely evade market risks and to avoid excessive fluctuations in the coal market.From the perspective of supply-side reform,this article starts with the relationship between capacity control and coal mine safety production,and regards coal production safety as the core,focusing on exploring the impact of changes in production capacity control on the safe production of the coal industry.After the study based on the one million tons coal production price index and mortality rate,the relationship between the change in coal price and safe production was obtained.Finally,through the establishment of the SD model,a deep analysis of the issue of coal mine capacity control,focusing on the influence of production fluctuations on the safety of coal production.
