Nowadays,the mining depth of coal is getting bigger and bigger,and it has a tendency to continue to increase.The following is that the geological and mechanical environment of rock mass will become more and more complex.The surrounding rock of the deep roadway has some unique mechanical characteristics,which inevitably causes a series of heavy engineering disasters,such as the stress increase of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The rheological and creep phenomena are serious,the deformation speed of surrounding rock is accelerated and the deformation of surrounding rock increases significantly.These engineering disasters have seriously affected the efficient production of the mine and greatly threaten the life safety of the mine workers.The deep and high stress roadway support has been paid attention to in the field of underground engineering,which is regarded as an important and complicated technical problem.On the one hand,it is an extremely meaningful research direction of a underground engineering,on the other hand,it is also one of the key technologies to solve the development of the old mine to the deeper.Therefore,it is urgent to study the stress,deformation and supporting technology of surrounding rock in deep high stress roadway.At the same time,it has also become the necessary prerequisite and important guarantee for the safety excavation and production of coal mine in China.It has important theoretical value and engineering significance for the sustainable development of coal mining.In recent years,by virtue of the superiority of the principle of stress control,the pressure relief support technology stands out from many supporting techniques and is widely used in the mine support.The pressure relief support technology is a kind of supporting means to transfer the high stress in the surrounding rock to the depth of the surrounding rock,and then change the stress distribution in the surrounding rock.It can effectively improve the stress state in the surrounding rock,and make the rock mass around the roadway low stress state.In this paper,based on the engineering background of Beijing Chang Gou Yu coal mine,through theoretical analysis,test measurement,numerical simulation and engineering application,this paper makes a research on the failure mechanism of deep and high stress roadway and the technology of setting pressure relief hole support.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of the characteristics and influencing factors of nonlinear plastic large deformation of surrounding rock in deep high stress roadway,study and discuss the theory and technology of stability control of deep and high stress roadway,combine the deformation and failure mechanism of deep high stress roadway,analyze the elastoplastic mechanics,and discuss the mechanics calculation method.(2)The stability control technology of deep and high stress laneway is analyzed and studied.The technology of pressure relief support is put forward,the mechanism of pressure unloading is introduced,and the model of pressure relief support is studied by using the theory of elastoplastic mechanics.(3)The geostress measurement of the surrounding rock and the experiments of deep rock physical and mechanical properties are carried out to further understand the occurrence environment and the characteristics of the surrounding rock in this mining area,and to summarize the mechanical characteristics of the deep and high stress laneway.(4)Through the finite element numerical simulation software FLAC3 D,the mechanical model is built on the basis of the specific geological environment and production technology conditions in the Chang Gou Valley coal mine,and then the numerical model is established to study the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock,so as to further clarify the stress situation in the surrounding rock and prepare for the support scheme.The relevant supporting parameters are optimized to achieve the best supporting effect.(5)Delect the test laneway,apply the hole pressure relief support method,monitor the support parameters,compare the support results with the original support scheme,and discuss the rationality and superiority of the pressure relief support technology.Through the study of this paper,the mechanism of deep and high stress tunnel failure is more deeply understood,the scientific and accurate theoretical guidance is provided for the safe and efficient production of deep underground mine,and a new type of supporting method and technology is put forward to improve the stability control of the deep underground engineering in our country.
