With the continuous development of coal slime treatment technology in China,the requirement of coal sludge treatment in the coal preparation plant is higher and higher,and the traditional method of water treatment has been difficult to meet the requirements in today’s environment.Sihe coal preparation plant as one of the large coal preparation plant in China,has achieved automation in infrastructure,but the reagent adding method and the pattern in slime water processing link still continue to use traditional method,caused the effect of slime water treatment cannot meet the requirement of the current environmental protection and economic indicators.Aiming at the above problems,in this paper improved methods and strategies are proposed according to the actual situation of coal preparation plant to meet the requirements of current sludge water treatment.Coal slime water treatment process including enrichment and filter two process,the slime water treatment of enrichment process by adding flocculants solely of sihe coal preparation plant,the dosage of PAM is determined by artificial observe the overflow water turbidity;the dosage of filter aid is determined by artificial observe the effect of filter cake.The pattern of agent addition is unreasonable which results in the information island in the main washing workshop and pressure filter workshop.The dosage cannot be added quantitatively,resulting in excessive drug consumption.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes a method of coal slime water treatment based on the combination of sensor and intelligent algorithm to replace the traditional method of coal sludge treatment.The algorithm through the sensors to collect data in the process of slime water treatment instead of artificial observation to obtain accurate data,based on case-based reasoning and fuzzy control technology to replace the human think,to realize the quantification and intellectualization of coal slime water treatment process.Case-based reasoning technology and fuzzy control technology is based on previous case of slime water treatment,in the presence of new working conditions the reagent adding value is given,the corresponding reagent adding value is given according to different working condition.Aiming at the various problems in the overflow water turbidity measurement of turbidity instrument,this paper puts forward a kind of the overflow water turbidity forecasting method which is based on PSO-LSSVM,and establish the model,to predict the overflow water turbidity value instead of turbidity meter measurement.Paper main strategy is to collect slime water data through the sensor transmitted to the PLC,and then transmitted to the host computer via Ethernet,the algorithm in the host computer to predict the added value of the reagent,and then transmitted the added value passed to the PLC via Ethernet,and finally passed to each actuator to automatically add reagent.The paper takes the algorithm as the core,designs the system control hardware platform and constructs the additive synergistic control system in the process of slime water treatment.For concentration and filter press process design corresponding reagent preparation device,to achieve the reagent cabinet with reagent add,stirring and stored.This paper designed reagent add control strategy,program and configuration as a medium,through the PLC to transmit the control idea to the implementing agencies,realize the synergistic control and addition of slime water treatment process.The application of synergistic optimization and control system to industrial sites showed that the consumption of PAC was reduced by 5.16% and the consumption of PAM was reduced by 6.67%,which reduced the level of reagent consumption,improved the utilization of reagent and increased the economic benefits of coal preparation plant.At the same time,workers are relieved from heavy manual labor,saving labor force,improving the treatment capacity of slime water treatment equipment to a certain extent,and improving the efficiency of slime water treatment.Coal preparation plant now mostly unrealized medicament automatically added or simple reagent automatically added,do not implement according to the actual circumstance of slime water smart to add.Therefore,the paper in the process of the coal slurry treatment reagent automatically collaborative optimization study has certain significance for research and promotion. |
