Roadheader is a kind of comprehensive tunneling equipment,which is widely used in coal mine,tunnel,subway and other construction sites.It is mainly composed of cutting mechanism,rotary mechanism,transportation mechanism,walking mechanism,cooling spray system and so on.It has the functions of cutting,walking,shipping,spraying dust extinguishing and so on.Among them,the rotary mechanism is mainly composed of rotary table,horizontal rotary oil cylinder and vertical lift oil cylinder,which is the key component responsible for connecting cutting mechanism and roadheader fuselage.It is subjected to great load and impact in the working process of roadheader.In the course of actual roadheader use,the lower ear of the rotary table and the rotary support in the rotary table are the most prone places for failure.The breakage often occurs in the process of production,which has a negative impact on the safety of the production operation and even the operator.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the mechanical forces of the rotary mechanism of the tunneling machine and to carry out the proper optimum design.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of EBZ-300 type roadheader.Firstly,the whole force analysis of the rotary table of roadheader and its connected rotary cylinder and the lifting cylinder is carried out.Through the drawing of the Force sketch diagram of the turntable and its connecting part,the mechanical equation is established according to the relative dimensions of the heading machine drawing,thus the relationship between the force of the turntable and the displacement of the rotary cylinder and the lifting cylinder is obtained,and the main factors affecting the force of the turntable are determined.Then,the simulation analysis of the process of cutting coal and rock of roadheader is carried out.In this paper,a three-dimensional model of cutting head and coal rock is established in the three-dimensional modeling software UG by using LS-DYNA explicit dynamic analysis software,the process of cutting head cut coal rock was simulated and analyzed,and the force of cutting head in cutting coal rock was obtained.Then the finite element analysis of the force of the turntable is carried out.In the three-dimensional modeling software UG,the three-dimensional model of rotary table,cutting arm and frame is established.The force of the cut head which has been obtained in the explicit dynamics simulation is applied as the load to the cutting head center,the stretching speed of the rotary cylinder and the lifting cylinder is set up,and the working process of the roadheader in the horizontal cutting and vertical cutting state is simulated,The force of the turntable is obtained by using the finite element technique,and the dangerous position of the turntable in the cutting process is determined.Finally,the optimization design of the turntable is carried out by using the MATLAB Genetic algorithm optimization Toolbox.Through the research of this subject,the force of the rotary table of roadheader is improved,and the reliability and safety are improved.
