Application And Optimization Of DCS In Oxygen Production System

The Distributed Control System has the characteristics of high reliability,openness,flexibility,easy to maintain and so on.It's widely used in the oxygen industry.Due to the influence of technology maturity,investment cost and economic benefit in the project construction,there are many problems of a company's 3 x 2l000m3 /h oxygen production project in the DCS control scheme.It's server can't carry out the outage maintenance,the problems of spare parts in compatibility,and the I/O points System have no surplus.In order to solve the above problems and improve the stability of the DCS.The hardware,software and other links of the DCS should be studied according to the technology and control characteristics of the system.And a series of installation and debugging of the DCS.Firstly,this article explains the DCS control system of a company in the oxygen generation system optimization reconstruction demand.So it's imperative to remould DCS control system in the oxygen generator system,improve its stability and speed,reduce its failure rate and make sure that the oxygen generator can work safely and stably in the current economic stressful environment.Secondly,it analyzes the key links and influencing factors of DCS in the daily safe operation and maintenance.This paper analyzes the security operation of DCS system from three aspects: system software,hardware and maintenance.It designs and compares the system through optimization and transformation plan and through the project to achieve the optimization and transformation of a company's DCS oxygen generation system,which ensures the DCS system running reliably and stably.Finally,in this paper,we upgraded the previous Control NET network in the DCS system of a company to the latest FTE fault-tolerant Ethernet network.It's better and this also makes Ethernet a successful application in DCS system.
