In recent years,acid rain occurs frequently,and the issue of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious.The large amount of sulfur dioxide emissions from thermal power plants is an important cause of acid rain.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the design of power plant desulfurization system for the emission reduction of sulfur dioxide.Aiming at the wet flue gas desulfurization process of limestone gypsum flue gas in a power plant,a new desulfurization rate control scheme is proposed in this paper.Based on the constant pH control,the desulfurization,rate is directly controlled by the control scheme to control the desulfurization rate.By adjusting the rotation speed of the slurry pump to control the flow rate of newly injected limestone slurry,the pH value of the slurry in the absorption tower is stabilized;by adjusting the rotation speed of the circulating pump to control the circulating amount of the limestone slurry in the absorption tower,the purpose of controlling the desulfurization rate is achieved.The desulfurization rate control scheme proposed in this paper is based on the speed of flue gas parameters on circulating pump frequency control,so that the circulation pump does not have to maintain high-speed operation.Based on meeting the stable desulfurization rate,the great savings in energy costs are made,as far as possible to keep the low energy consumption,and to achieve the effect of saving electricity.In view of the above control scheme,the control system based on Siemens PLC controller and the host computer interface based on WinCC are designed.Finally,the simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed design.
