In this paper,polyphenol?TA?assisted ultrasound on the preparation of graphene were studied.Ultrasonic time,ultrasonic frequency,solvent,pH,NaCl ionic concentration,graphite,and the concentration of plant polyphenols?TA?aspects of research,to determine the best preparation technology conditions were systematically studied.Infrared,thermal weightlessness,TEM,AFM analysis methods were used to characterized graphene.The effect of the prepared graphene on the performances of natural rubber were studied and evaluated.The results showed that the tensile strength increased rapidly with the increase of graphene content.When the content of graphene was 0.5 phr,37.6%increased in tensile strength;When the content of graphene was 5phr,the final strength increased to 29.47 MPa,which increased by 44.9%.The variation of the tensile stress is similar to that of tensile strength.Elongation at failure with the increase of the content of graphene reduce after rising first,but when the graphene content below 5phr of natural rubber/graphene composites elongation at failure were higher than natural rubber.The thermal conductivity and conduction performance are obviously improved.TA physical functionalized geaphene is also studied in this work.The optimum conditions of physical modification were studied through particle size analysis,and the effects of geaphene on the properties of natural rubber before and after modification were compared.The results showed that processing performance and comprehensive properties of TA physical functionalized geaphene/natural rubber is more outstanding,increase 3.03 MPa in the tensile strength than that of the undecorated graphene composites with the same loadingof graphene.Tore performance at the same time,the elongation at break,stretching stress,the abrasion resistance,compression deformation properties are improved significantly.The covalent hybridization between the modified silica by the silane coupling agent KH550 and TA modify graphene is studied.The results showed that the amino and plant polyphenols on KH550 and TA can occur the Michael addition reaction,the forming bonding as a bridge between silica and graphene.SiO2-graphene hybrid filler is studied on the properties of natural rubber composites,and the results show that with the increase of dosage of hybrid filler,improve processing properties,curing rate faster,but curing rate almost keep the same,and overall physical and mechanical properties both are improved.
