In this paper,CuI catalyzed the coupling reaction of aryl ketones with amides,methylpyrrolidone,nitriles and other compounds was promoted by Sm/I2 system.The first chapter is the literature review part,The first part mainly introduces the reaction properties and applications of limulus reagents,and summarizes the properties of reagents such as metallic antimony,antimony diiodide,antimony triiodide and their applications in organic synthesis.In addition,related research reports on the carbon anion condensation reaction have also been briefly introduced.In the second chapter,CuI catalyzed the coupling reaction of aryl ketone and N,N-disubstituted amide was first studied.The influencing factors of the coupling reaction of aryl ketone and N,N-disubstituted amide were discussed,and a more comprehensive study was conducted from the aspects of reaction temperature,solvent,hydrazine reagent,reaction time,substrate structure and feed ratio.A large number of reactions were designed and the reaction model was established through multiple exploration and optimization.It was found that the condensation reaction between benzophenone and aliphatic amide is easier to carry out and the yield of the product is better.In addition,studies have found that N-methylpyrrolidone and nitrile can also react smoothly with aryl ketones.On this basis,the influence of additives such as TMSCl,HMPA and p-toluenesulfonic acid on the reaction was studied.The innovation of the reaction was elaborated,and the preliminary condensation reaction mechanism was proposed.In the third chapter,CuI catalyzed the coupling reaction of aryl ketones with N,N-substituted amides was studied,and further researches on the reduction of aryl ketones and amides promoted by Sm/I2 system were studied.It was found that other products based on the condensation reaction can be obtained in one pot by adjusting the reaction conditions.Under the promotion of the Sm/I2 system,when p-toluene sulfonic acid is added,the product of carbon anion condensation reduction can be obtained by one-pot cooking.This paper profoundly discusses the reaction history.At the same time,it makes reasonable assumptions about the mechanism of possible reactions.The compounds were characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR,The characterization data and maps of the products were given in Appendix. |
