Organism is a complex system. All kinds of trace elements that constitute organisms are in dynamic equilibrium. When this equilibrium state is broken,it will affect their normal growth and development and cause various diseases. For example, zinc ions are essential elements of human body in brain activities and immune activities of organisms. However, when zinc content is too high, zinc poisoning can lead to anemia and other symptoms. In addition, when inhaling some poisonous gases, such as SO2 and H2S,it can also cause disorders of physiological balance and cause symptoms of cardiovascular disease and lung cancer. However, environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious. The content of toxic gases such as SO2and H2S is increasing. It is very necessary to identify a class of effective recognition methods for zinc ions,SO2 and H2S.Among the various detection methods, fluorescent probes based on small molecule organic compounds are widely used in the monitoring of physiological indexes in vitro and in vivo. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the organic molecular fluorescent probe has the advantages of high sensitivity, strong designability, rapid response to the compound to be tested and easy expression through the expression of the optical signal, and most importantly, low cytotoxicity allows for the detection of analytes in living cells. After consulting a large number of related literature, based on the design principles of fluorescent probes,a series of fluorescent probes based on the helicene were designed and synthesized, and their detection effects on zinc,SO2 and H2S were tested by UV and fluorescence spectroscopy.Helene is a polycyclic aromatic compound containing a plurality of benzene rings in the immediate vicinity of each other and having a helicoidal chirality. The reason for choosing the helicene is that it has a spiral chirality to prevent fluorescence quenching caused by the mutual intermolecular accumulation, and that it contains a number of conjugated benzene ring, therefore has a larger conjugate system,so it is an ideal fluorophore.Compounds 1 to 8 were successfully synthesized using helicene as the precursor.Among them, compounds 1 and 6 could detect zinc ion in acetonitrile, while compound 7 could recognize HSO3-in solution and compound 8 could detect HS-in solution.
