Based on the electron assisted hot filament chemical vapor deposition(EA-CVD)method to prepare graphene and boron doped diamond(BDD)as the main research object,systematically studied the preparation method of one-dimensional porous graphene and boron doped diamond(PBDD)application in the electrochemical and biological sensors.First of all,a self-supporting BDD film with a thickness of 60? m and a size of 20-30? m was successfully prepared by using EA-CVD system,tantalum sheet as substrate,methane as carbon source and boric acid trimethyl ester as boron source.The growth condition of the self supported BDD film is that the flow rate of hydrogen and methane is 300 sccm and 6sccm respectively,the temperature is 850-950 degree and the time is 45-48 h.For the above self supporting BDD film,the PBDD electrode was prepared by the DC arc plasma jet CVD method under the action of hydrogen / argon plasma,and the feasibility of the PBDD electrode as biosensor was studied.Research shows that the PBDD electrode can be used for detection of uric acid in human serum(UA),Dobaamine(DA)and tryptophan(Trp),the linear concentration range to three substances is 2-50 ?M,2-100? M,1-80 ?M,the detection limit was 0.07 ?M,0.07? M,0.08 ?M has good selectivity,high sensitivity,stability and strong anti-interference ability.Secondly,a new type of linear graphene was prepared by EA-CVD method.When the nickel sputtering time is 50 s,the pretreatment time is 30 min,the growth time is 10 min,and the growth temperature is 1100 degree,a one-dimensional carbon nanostructure with a diameter of 200 nm and a length of several microns to tens of microns is obtained.The one-dimensional carbon nano material has a hollow tubular structure similar to carbon nanotubes,and the tube wall is formed by stacking of graphene,due to their high aspect ratio,large surface area and good electrical properties,which has wide application prospect in capacitors,sensors,catalysts etc..The innovation of this paper includes: synthesis of one-dimensional carbon nanostructures by EA-CVD method,the structure consists of graphene nanosheets and has a hollow tubular structure similar to carbon nanotubes,has not been reported at home and abroad;from the porous boron doped diamond support as sensor electrode for simultaneous detection of dopamine,uric acid and tryptophan three kinds of biological molecules.Has not been reported at home and abroad.
