Warp knitted fabric is widely used in various kinds of clothing fabrics,home accessories and so on because of its rich tissue change,various pattern structure and strong decoration sense.It has a market prospect that can not be ignored.Now the domestic and foreign market research on warp knitted fabric stays in the multi-bar fabric,jacquard fabric,pure multi-bar combined with single jacquard fabric,not combined with the warp knitting jacquard pattern and double fabric process,With its rich and double Jacquard effect is widely used in modern warp knitting production,configuration of flower comb in the multi-bar pattern makes the pattern clear,has the stereoscopic sense,the combination of the two will undoubtedly greatly expand the space design patterns,rich pattern,giving the product aesthetic feeling,increase the added the value of products.Based on this,to develop a new type of warp knitted fabric,this paper developed by the RSJ14/2 machine which is a new warp knitting machine combined with the double jacquard and the configuration of flower comb as the carrier to carry out a study and provides technical reference guidance for enterprises.First of all,the thesis carries out research on the principle of jacquard principle,multi-bar pattern formation,focuses on the principle of jacquard stitch forming jacquard is analyzed,It includes the difference of the different needle selection techniques,the organization transformation of the 16 needles,and the classification and comparison of the fabric styles at different levels.Secondly,it introduces the classification of RSJ series of warp knitting machine,and introduces emphatically the machine configuration and structure characteristics of RSJ14/2 warp knitting machine,and machine performance,research on the development of new products,the double jacquard fabric technology research,the organizational structure,jacquard organizational structure were analyzed and discussed,the different organizational structure have different effects on the fabric pattern effect.Finally,based on the starting point of the development of new products,put forward a new type of weaving,jacquard and yarn with improved pad between organization and implementation in the double jacquard fabric point "V" appeared.At the same time,from the point of view of the principle and the principle of the formation of flower comb pattern,for the double jacquard and the flower comb combination fabric carry out the development of the new product,to provide technical guidance to the relevant enterprises,increase the added value of products and enhance its market competitiveness.
