Shengli oilfield Guan-110 block is structural-lithological reservoir, which belongs to middle porosity and low permeability reservoir. From the feature of the trial production, these wells have natural productivity, however, due to the great differences of the plane capacity and deficiency of the natural source, the productivity decline quickly. Thus, the hydraulic fracture is the main well simulation.Form the inject and produce effect conditions, the high position oil and good physical property wells have the quick results. To solve these problems above, fracturing transformation should be carried out as well as the fracture effect forecast and evaluation,in order to offer the theoretical guidance for the optimization of the fracture design and further launch. The author first made an analysis on the current situation of the reservoir in Guan-110 well area, set up the conceptual model of the numerical simulation reservoir based on the real data and used this model to research the effect of reservoir geologic parameters and fracture parameters on the productivity law of the fractured producers. On the basis of the conceptual model, the author also make the real numerical simulation model of the reservoir and with the help of the model, the reserves and production history of the Guan-110 and producing wells were made together with the comparison of single-well producing efficiency before and after fractured, predicting the producing efficiency of the fractured producers and the Guan-110 block in the next 15 year. All these preparation has very important influence in the future strategic plan.In addition, the evaluation method of the hydraulic transformation has been summarized in this paper, applying the most commonly and well-performed method to evaluate the G110 hydraulic transformation effect.Via the optimization of the effect elements through Grey Relation Theory, the main effect factor of the production has been made out. Then with the help of Polynomial Regression, polynomial regression model has been built, whose accuracy was verified by SPSS.Besides, the prediction of fracturing production has been calculated in line with Support Vector Machine Theory.Through the comparison of the fracturing production under different evaluation methods, not only the evaluation method itself has been improved, but also more reliable basis has been provided for the development of well area.
