| The exploitation of low permeability oil-gas fields is usually used in the process of acidification technology,which is based on the dissolution of the surface of the cracks,and changes of the surface roughness and other morphological parameters,so as to increase the diversion space.The flow conductivity of the fracture is an important technical index of the acidification technology.The changes of fracture surface morphology after acidification has important significance for its flow conductivity.In this thesis,the original data of the crack after acidification is obtained by 3D laser scanning technology,and the image processing technology is used to analyze the fracture surface,which provides a new technical method for obtaining the parameters of the crack surface.The research works in this paper mainly focus on the following aspects: firstly,the background and the development of 3D scanning technology are briefly introduced,and the main content、the technical route and the organization structure of the research are described;secondly,the basic principle of visual measurement is discussed in detail.In the three dimensional scanning principle,the paper introduces the application of the light source classification and the principle of the corresponding function method and the small hole imaging principle in the measurement,and analyzes the coordinate transformation in the measurement.In the point cloud image processing part,according to the general process of the point cloud image processing,for the acquisition of the ordered point cloud,in the paper,we realize the denoising of the point cloud images,and designs the genetic algorithm to complete the genetic algorithm to complete the air defect cloud.On the part of surface reconstruction,this paper realizes the triangular mesh of the pre-processed point cloud image and gets the high change image of the crack surface;finally,based on the above image processing method and the acid erosion experiment,the influence of various facto rs in the acid fracturing experiment on the flow conductivity is analyzed,and the etching effect of acid on the morphology of the fracture surface is analyzed according to the experimental conditions.By comparing and analyzing the changes of the fracture before and after acidification,in this paper,the evaluation index of the geometrical parameters of the acidification effect of fracture is established,and the calculation of the parameters of the crack surface is completed through the method of image processing,which provides a new method for the measurement of the acid fracture and the evaluation of the acid etching effect.There are two main contributions in this paper: we get the patching algorithm for the incomplete point cloud of acid etched plate based on the neural network,which is optimized by genetic algorithm;The evaluation index of the fracture acidification effect and its calculation method based on image processing can be used as an important reference for the evaluation of the rock plate acidification effect. |
