It is known that energetic materials are widely applied in military fields which are of great importance to national security and developments.Along with the new kinds of energetic materials development, their properties including purity, sensitivity and explosive velocity are significant. However,it is reported that the crystallization characteristics, thermal properties and stability of energetic materials can be strongly affected by the impurities. Therefore,it is necessary to establish the analytical and separation methods of these energetic materials.Dihydroxylammonium5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate?HATO?anddisodium5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate?SDHBT?are two novel energetic materials of high energy density, low sensitivity and low pollution. In this paper we established the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of HATO and SDHBT by high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?.The optimized chromatographic conditions for HATO and SDHBT were confirmed as a Shimadzu Prominence LC-20A system equipped with a SeQuant ZIC-HILIC column?250 mm×4.6 mm,5?m?and a PC HILIC column?250mm×4.6 mm,5?m?,respectively.The mobile phase was fixed as acetonitrile/water?70/30,v/v?with flow rate of 1.0 m L·min-1.The inorganic impurities in HATO and SDHBT were comfirmed by Ion Chromatography?IC?with IonPac CS12A/AS22 columns and Metrosep C4/A5 columns. The ion concentration of Na+,Cl-and NO3-in HATO sample is 1017?g/g,77.5?g/g and154?g/g,respectively,and the ion concentration of Na+,Cl-and SO42-in SDHBT sample is 160.1 mg/g,400.5?g/g and 48.5?g/g,respectively.In addition, the molecularly imprinted polymers of N,N'-methylenebisacetamide?MBA?were prepared with MBA as templates, methacrylic acid as functional monomers, trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate as crosslinkers and azobisisobutyronitrile as initiators in acetonitrile. Then separation pre-treatment for chromatographic analysis of1,3,5,7-tetraacetyl-1,3,5,7-tetraazacyclooctane?TAT?and1,3,5-triacetyl-1,3,5-triazacyclohexane?TRAT?were carried out.
