Owing to the very large need to import oil,China's energy security has been seriously affected.At present,most of the oil wel s have been in a state of low yield,nearly one third of which is high viscous oil or high pour-point oil and its exploration has become a key research content that need to be addressed.A new technology to increase the oil production is extremely urgent.According to the characteristics of later period oilfield,this article which in order to solve issues of this technology used in gas generator oil production elaborated the produce,principles and development of propellant formulas used to gas generator oil production technology.On the basis of clarifying the design ideas and design concepts,this article made an overall presentation for propellant formulas' essential components,low content of additives and especially the burning rate adjusting agents.Deceleration agents generally act on oxidizer ammonium perchlorate,reducing the burning rate of the entire system of the formula by the means of inhibiting the decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.This article selected two common deceleration agents,calcium phosphate and calcium carbonate.With DSC analys is,we can discovery that the slowing effect of calcium carbonate is better than calcium phosphate.And it is consistent with the references.On the basis of gathering the formulas of solid rocket propellants or gun propellants domestic and foreign,with the goal of stimulation by gas generator oil production,this article designed five formulas for gas generator,including HTPB high burning rate propellant formula,HTPB low burning rate propellant formula,HTPB four components propellant formula,azido propellant formula,high energy propellant formula.Among the five,the first three formulas had the characteristics of high-yielding acid,and the two formulas later respectively met the demands of high-yield gas and high-energy.From both calculation and drug strip test,this article studied these five propellant formulas deeply.The calculation results are general y consistent with the drug test results.Two results show that the performance of formulas about HTPB are better than the others of the five.And they meet the demands of propellant formulas for gas generator oil production.Finally,this article chose HTPB high burning rate propellant formula and HTPB low burning rate propellant formula as sealed experiment system t recipes.To explore the influences of combustion products and different propellant charge density to the combustio n performance of propellant formulas,this article analyzed the samples collected after combustion qualitatively by atomic absorption spectrometry and ion chromatography.The test results show that combustion products of the two formulas do not have oil pollut io n,having the characteristics of less pollution and environmentally friendly.
