The main article for the company decarbonization unit and hydrogen production unit 07 factory and process transformation program after the transformation,characteristics,process parameters and production operations optimization devices.By analyzing the data after running the decarbonization unit and hydrogen production unit revamping comparison,the most optimal option for the device is set for the actual operation of the pressure swing adsorption process in different production conditions proposed adsorption time,hydrogen production and hydrogen recovery as the main target of the research process conditions to identify the relationship between process parameters and control indicators influence each other;through the optimization of process conditions,to find out the actual production of the optimal operating point,the optimum range of adsorption time,so that means hydrogen yield,product purity hydrogen and hydrogen recovery while meeting production requirements,and other factors are described in hydrogen recovery,optimization of operating recommendations.Meanwhile,the optimization of the data used are the use of actual data production operation process unit DCS system to automatically collect and technicians gathered,fully consider the negative factors of various process conditions and apparatus for running in winter,to develop a reasonable study plan,the completion means assessment find out the law means the process is running,for the construction of the device in the future smooth operation provide guidance.
