| The waste water formed in the processing of leather has the characteristics of large amount of water discharge,variable water quality and complex composition of pollutants.By the traditional leather wastewater biochemical treatment,most of the pollutants can be meet the integrated wastewater discharge standardGB 8978-1996)requirement of related standards.However,in 2013,the ministry of environmental protection issued the standard for the discharge of water pollutants in the leather and fur processing industry(GB 3046-2013),which stipulates the limits of water pollutant emission limits,monitoring and monitoring requirements for leather and fur processing enterprises,and the special emission limits for water pollutants in key areas.Therefore,traditional biochemical treatment can not meet existing emission standards,and leather wastewater treatment plants need to be improved.This paper studies the process optimization of one leather waste wastewater treatment plant in Gaozhou Jinshan industrial park and provides reference experience for upgrading of other leather industrial parks.It was completed in 2003,and the processing capacity was 2000m~3/d,adopting A/O process.After treatment,the discharge COD,ammonia nitrogen and other indicators can not meet the new requirements of emission standards.Therefore,the aim of this research is to achieve the optimal economic and technological transformation of the leather wastewater treatment plant in Jinshan industrial park of Gaozhou city,which needs to achieve the direct discharge standard of the special discharge limit of water pollutant emission in the production of water pollutants of the leather and fur processing industry(GB30486-2013),and the standard of water pollutant emission limit(DB44126-2001)of the local standard of Guangdong province(DB44126-2001).The final selection of the optimization of the treatment process,which is based on biochemical treatment,physical and chemical processing,supplemented by the combination of technology.The chromium wastewater,blue water,raw water of the three water are used before the original pretreatment for integrated wastewater-NO.1 sump-anaerobic tank-aerobic tank-two sink pool-NO.2pool-advanced oxidation pools-the final settling tank-discharge standards.After the completion of the project commissioning,through the 70 days of commissioning data shows that the average COD of69.3mg/l,ammonia nitrogen average of 5.5mg/l are within the discharge standards(COD≤90mg/l,ammonia nitrogen≤10mg/l).Therefore,the optimization process is suitable for the transformation of the sewage treatment plant. |
