In this paper,described the process of sewage treatment facilities,chose the biochemistry unit and analysis it.Use the method of causal matrix,select removal rate of aerobic bacteria,pH of regulating pond,COD of inlet regulating pond,COD of outlet regulating pond,removal rate of anaerobic bacteria,removal rate of facultative anaerobes,COD of anaerobic pond,the air of contact oxidation pond.These important factors of influence the biochemical effluent COD.And the water inlet COD regulating adsorption pool is the problem of front-end control.COD of anaerobic pool was affected by COD and water inflow and oxygen content.The air amount of contact oxidation pond and the removal rate of oxygen bacteria were affected by fan and aeration.The four factors were transformed into a simple technological transformation,and the COD of the secondary sedimentation tank was reduced by 20mg/L after the technological transformation.Detailed data collection plans are developed for the remaining four key factors.Anaerobic bacteria and bacteria were analyzed by using boxplot of COD removal,it is concluded that anaerobic bacteria on the removal rate of COD in waste water factory was obviously higher than that of aerobic bacteria,to adjust the strains of adsorption pool,installed the submersible mixer,shut down the original air inlet valve,invested a domesticated strains under anaerobic conditions.To adjust the pool water COD,pH of absorption unit biochemical effluent COD correlation matrix analysis can be seen that the biochemical unit water and adjust the pool water adsorption correlated with COD,pH value,then used regression analysis to fitting a regression equation: biochemical unit water adsorption pool water COD= 193 + 0.148 *adjusting tank COD-5.29* adjusting tank pH,R-Sq(adjust)= 86.1%,through the regression analysis to find the best design,adjust the adsorption pool pH changed from 6 to 9 to 9.5-11,inlet COD changed from the original 550-600 mg/L for 400-450 mg/L.Through the study of this article analysis and reconstruction,the plant biochemical unit of COD removal rate from 45% to 72%,with effluent COD average of 240 mg/L fell to 143 mg/L,make the enterprise capacity expanded COD of outlet can reach the discharge standard of sewage treatment facilities.
