The reserves of Zhundong coalfield was prospected one hundred billion ton,the Zhundong coal quality is very good,but the sodium is high in ash,leads to a strong fouling and slagging tendency,the use of Zhundong coal has been limited.This paper is mainly aimed at researching the existence form of sodium in coal,and the release regulars of sodium in the Zhundong coal,which will provide theoretical basis for the study on the control of sodium release.Choose Wucaiwan coal?Tianchinengyuan coal?Wudong coal as research objects,use deionized water,ammonium acetate and hydrochloric to wash the coal,and microwave digestion the coal.Leach the different existence form of sodium in coal.Use the range analysis to research the influence factors of water soluble sodium desorption.It turns out that Wucaiwan coal and Tianchinengyuan coal are rich in sodium,the water soluble sodium have a high proportion,The temperature is the main influence factor of water souble sodium desorption.Use thermodynamic calculate,the sodium transformation form in Zhundong coal is studied in different temperature and additive.It turns out that the coal rich in sodium have the similar sodium transformation form,adding kaolin would form more compounds containing sodium in ash,It proves theoretically that the minerals containing sodium can react with kaolin.Choose three kinds of Zhundong coal and three kinds of water washed coal as research objects,the influence of the different kinds of coal and the influence of different kinds of atmosphere,and the different forms of sodium on the sodium release is studied.And adding kaolin in Zhundong coal and water washed coal in combustion experiments to research the effect of kaolin on the sodium release.And collect different kinds of particulate matters,to research the sodium accumulation regulars on different kinds of particulate matters.It turns out that different kinds of coal and the form of sodium have great influence on the release of sodium,and kaolin can reduce the release of sodium about 50%.The water soluble sodium comper with the organic sodium,the kaolin has a better effect on inhibit the release of water soluble sodium.The fine particulate matters are rich in sodium,the highest content of sodiumis 50mg/g.Use XRD to analyse the mineral of coal ash,and use field emission scanning electron microscope to analyse the microstructure of coal ash,choose compounds containing sodium to combust with kaolin,and study the reaction mechanism of kaolin and sodium compounds.It turns out that the sodium increase in ash,and compounds containing sodium react with kaolin,which indicates that sodium can react with kaolin.
