Solvent free compound is widely used in the printing package as a new green compound process.The solvent free compound automatic mixer is the key equipment to realize the automatic mixing ratio of the two component solvent free adhesives.Therefore,it is very important to improve the precision of the solvent free mixing proportion to the solvent free compound effect.In the solventless compound mixing system,two kinds of solventless adhesives are mixed by constant pressure frequency and frequency conversion speed control gear pump respectively.Because the characteristic of gear pump produces flow pulsation when output rubber material,it has great influence on the accuracy of solvent free mixing glue.By analyzing the solventless mixing proportion control system,a simulation model of gear pump speed control system is established by using Matlab/Simulink.Further,theoretical analysis and calculation of instantaneous flow pulsation of gear pump is carried out,and a mathematical model for instantaneous flow pulsation of gear pump is established.Theoretical analysis shows that the periodic flow pulsation of the gear pump is a systematic error,and the flow rate pulsation of the gear pump can be reduced by the speed compensation control algorithm.In this paper,ladder type acceleration of deceleration and trigonometric function acceleration of deceleration compensation control algorithm are proposed to reduce flow pulsation and improve the accuracy of mixing proportion.The objective function is established by the least square method,and the target function is obtained by the optimization calculation of the Maple software,and the undetermined coefficients of the ladder type plus deceleration and the trigonometric function plus deceleration are obtained.Finally,the simulation calculation and experiment verify the feasibility of the acceleration and deceleration compensation control algorithm.The calculation results show that the flow pulsation of the gear pump is restrained to a certain extent and the precision of the mixing ratio is improved effectively.At the same time,in order to enhance the stability of the flow control system and improve the control precision of the mixing ratio,the system has strong anti-interference and adaptive ability.This paper proposes a flow feedback adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm.Based on the Simulink platform in Matlab,a fuzzy PID controller is designed,the simulation model of the controller is established,and the control effect of PID and fuzzy PID is compared.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm has the advantages of fast response and strong anti-interference ability.Finally,experiments show that the control algorithm can improve the accuracy of mixing proportion.
