Fullerene is a material consisting of carbon elements that exist in spheroid,ellipsoid,or tubular.Among them,C600 is a spherical molecule with the most stable state and the lowest energy.In this paper,fullerenes refer to C60.Since its discovery,fullerenes have been widely used in optical materials,superconducting materials and electrochemistry because of their unique physical and chemical properties.However,fullerene is a nonpolar molecule,which is soluble in very few nonpolar organic solvents and is hard to dissolve in water,which greatly limits its application in biomedicine and bioengineering.Therefore,modification of fullerenes,increasing their solubility and biocompatibility is the most basic and important research in fullerene chemistry,and is of great significance for the development of life sciences,polymer materials and other research fields.In order to improve the compatibility of the solubility of fullerenes,the alkoxy fullerol were prepared by C60Br24 which was synthesized via C600 and Br2,and ethanol?methanol?under the alkaline environment.Using column chromatography obtains relatively pure products.The structure of the product was analyzed by means of NMR,TG,FTIR,SEM,time of flight mass spectrometry and elemental analysis.The obtained alkoxy Fullerol[C60?OCH2CH3?8?OH?16,C60?OCH3?6?OH?18]can be dissolved in water and soluble in organic solvents.In recent years,supramolecular chemistry has sprung up.It is a hot research field that intersecting many disciplines such as chemistry and biology,physics,material science,information science and environmental science.In this paper,on the synthesis of alkoxy alcohol Fullerol,the theoretical basis of supramolecular chemistry and the synthetic product with the modified?-cyclodextrin,the 3D ordered square column structure of supramolecular assembly was obtained successfully.FTIR,SEM and UV spectra of the assembly were characterized.
