Since ancient times,carving technology has played a very important role in people's daily life.The quality of the product depends not only on the production experience of the master,but also the use of small tools has a very important impact on the quality of the product.With the rapid development of mold manufacturing factory,increasingly high requirements for the surface quality of the mould,the traditional CNC machine low speed and slow feed has become increasingly unsuited to the requirements of modern mold processing,it is with high speed,fast forward to,small features such as engraving machine tool processing.More popular on the market of engraving software can be divided into three kinds,such as the development of Beijing carved Technology Co.,JDPaint,Haier,CAXA BUAA 2000,Beijing engraving winpat developed carving masters.The development of these three software are from the traditional carving carving features,design and programming of pay more attention to the relief model,and involved in the mold design process model design features,design features of the software provided by carving operation less error model in the design process is difficult to modify,and feature modeling UG a strong technology can solve these problems very well.The difference between the high speed carving and the ordinary NC machining is analyzed.The characteristics of the small cutting tools are analyzed and summarized.On the basis of the small cutting tools,the types and the structural features of the high speed carving tools are analyzed and summarized.The classification and processing sequence of the high speed carving and the ordinary NC machining process are analyzed and summarized.Finally,the "lotus flower" is used as a "lotus flower"."Pattern" is used to analyze and summarize the geometric relief modeling and processing technology in high-speed carving.Combined with the two development technology of UG,the design module and programming module meeting the mold processing are designed.The programming software designed in this paper is simple in operation and perfect in function.It can basically realize the rapid design and programming functionof the mold.It basically meets the needs of the mould designer,and has a good value of popularization and application.
