This paper studies effects of V-belt compression rubber through rubber system,vulcanization system,anti-aging system and reinforcing system on the Vulcanization characteristics,processing properties,mechanical properties and dynamic properties.And effects of carbon nanotubes on thermal conductivity,vulcanization process and properties.Finally,the conclusion is as follows:1)Different rubber system has obviously influence on the performance.When NR/BR is 65/35,the vulcanization characteristics,processing property and dynamic heat build-up property are best.The NR/BR/CR system is 52/28/20,the comprehensive mechanical properties,aging resistance and dynamic compression properties are best.2)Different vulcanization system has obvious influence on the performance.When the DM/CZ/S vulcanization system is under the NR/BR system,the performance of DM/CZ/S is the best when it is 0.8/2.3/3.5.And TBzTD and WY988 can improve the retention of mechanical properties,improve dynamic compression properties and reduce the tanδ of vulcanizate at 80℃.The curing system of NR/BR phase under NR/BR/CR system is the main factor affecting the tanδ of vulcanizate at 80℃,dynamic compression,mechanical properties and aging resistance.3)The synergistic reaction of different anti-aging system is different.The content of RD,4020 and DDA has no obvious effect on the vulcanization.During the heat oxygen aging process at 100 ℃ *24h,The synergistic reaction of antioxidant on mechanical properties: DDA/4020>DDA/RD≈DDA/RD/4020>RD/4020.Then,the synergistic reaction of antioxidant on dynamic heat build-up: RD/4020>RD/DDA>DDA/4020≈RD/4020/DDA.4)Different reinforcing system has obvious influence on the performance.The HM-G411 carbon black /N330 has the best comprehensive performance at 36/12.When silica/PEG4000/HM-G411 is 10/1/38,it has the best comprehensive performance.Then,HM-G411 carbon black is superior to silica in strength,dispersion,mechanical properties and compression performance.But Si69/ biphase carbon black system has the lowest vulcanizate tanδ and compress heat build-up.(5)The amount of CNTs has no obvious effect on the curing properties and mechanical properties of the compression rubber.However,when the coefficient of thermal conductivity increases,the heat transfer effect become better when sulfurize.When the CNTs amount is 3 phr,the curing time reduces 12%..
