The food production industry is an industry closely related to people’s life.Automatic machinery and equipment have been widely used in all aspects of food production.As an indispensable equipment for food processing and production,packaging machines play a role in more and more food production.The box machine is an essential component of the packaging machine and has been widely used in food production enterprises in China.Although the packing machine have already solved the problem of replacing the manual packing in food packaging,its production efficiency and automation degree still need to be improved.Under the background of the “China Made2025” proposed by the government,in accordance with the principle of automation and equipment specialization,the design and research of the box type food packing machine was carried out from the following aspects.First of all,this article has designed the packing machine’s working process,including stacking,carton unfolding,box pushing,carton sealing and other steps,and designed corresponding steps for each working step.And for each working step,a corresponding mechanical mechanism was designed to realize the functions of its stacking of carton boxes,unfolding of cartons,sealing of carton boxes,and sealing of carton boxes.Among them,the stacking device adopts a rotary stacking mechanism and achieves high production efficiency;a corrugated cardboard box unfolding device is also designed to adapt to the unfolding operations of corrugated cardboard boxes of different sizes.At the same time,the finite element analysis was performed on the strength and mode of some important structures of the boxing machine’s box-input propulsion device,providing reference for improving the design.Secondly,in order to realize the automation of strip box food packing machine,an Siemens S7-200 SMART series PLC based automation control system and a set ofequipment monitoring system industrial Ethernet communication based were designed.Among them,the automatic control system includes the automatic control mode and the manual detection mode,and realizes the different control needs of the equipment.Due to the ease of using and breadth of Industrial Ethernet,Industrial Ethernet was chosen as the communication path between devices.Finally,a series of studies have been conducted on the recycling of corrugated boxes.It is clear that the main factors influencing the life of the corrugated box in recycling are temperature and stress.The lower temperature and stress values can prolong the time of the constant creep stage.Therefore,it is better to use and stress the stress in the lower temperature environment.Small cartons are recycled.At the same time,in order to realize the recycling of corrugated boxes,try to establish a recycling network of three old cartons in order to adapt to different situations of corrugated cartons packaging different products.According to the characteristics of the circular carton,the structure of the flaring device has been improved.In summary,this study has achieved the tasks of automated packing of food packaging in cartons,recycling of corrugated cartons,design and development of automated monitoring systems.It has basically completed the design goals of equipment automation and equipment specialization.
