| Winter snow cover, collapse of deep soft rock roadway are closely related to our daily life. All of them involve the transformation between solids and fluids, which makes it full of importance and practical value to study the theory of material transformation between solids and fluids. The theory of material transformation between solids and fluids refers to the conversion process from solid to fluid under the influence of external environmental factors, involving heat transfer theory, molecular dynamics and other theoretical disciplines. This article lists the current research status of solid-liquid conversion from ice water, rock, metal, and polymer. At the same time,At the same time,it analyzes the current road melting snow deicing technology methods, enumerates the characteristics and application range of chemical method, mechanical method, thermal method, inhibition of frozen pavement technology and composite method, and the idea of this article is inspired by the chemical method.Combined with the theory of solid-state flow conversion,it starts studying the most common ice melting, the quantification relation of melting degree of ice cubes containing salt is deduced and the degree of influence of three salts of sodium chloride, potassium chloride and calcium chloride on the melting rate of ice cubes at 50 degrees Celsius is calculated. In this paper,we developed a new type of ice mold that facilitates demoulding. This type of mold can be used to re-use ice cube specimens.By adding potassium chloride and calcium chloride in distilled water, different contents of salt-containingtest pieces are made, icing and maintained in the refrigerator, using a constant temperature box to create a constant environment, set to 20°C,30°C,40°C,50°C,60°C,70°C and 80°C,keeping the humidity constant at 50%,melting experiments were performed on salt-containing ice, divided into two experimental groups. Then, the data obtained from the two sets of experiments were fitted with the curve fitting tool in EXCEL,and the goodness of fit analysis was performed on the fitted curve to obtain the optimal fitting equation. Thus, the quantitative relationship between the influence of two salts on the melting time and melting rate of ice is obtained at each temperature. In this paper,we propose the effect degree values to compare the effect of different salts on the melting rate of ice blocks, comparing the influence degree values of the two groups of experiments and the existing values of melting degrees of ice blocks of sodium chloride. We can conclude that among the three salts, sodium chloride has the greatest effect on ice melting, and potassium chloride and calcium chloride have similar effects. Finally,ANSYS software was used to simulate the melting process of pure ice and two salt-containing mixed ice with concentration of10% and 20% respectively at a constant humidity of 50% and at a temperature of 50℃.The simulation results and experimental data were read and analyzed in order to verify the experimental results and law. |
