In this paper,Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate as the object,using pot experiment to observate plant height,biomass and absorption of two plants in the soil polluted by Cd,Pb,Zn.Then analysed accumulation and transformation ability.At last,comparised potential remediation of two plants on the heavy metal contaminated soil.The results showed that:?1?The plant height.Pomegranate and Hemerocallis fulva growed slowly under heavy metal stress in Jun.and Jul.,but growed quickly in Aug.,which was opposite to the control.Under single Cd2+=5 mg/kg,Pb2+=500 mg/kg,Zn2+=1000 mg/kg and combined stress of Cd2+=50 mg/kg,Pb2+=1500 mg/kg,Zn2+=1500 mg/kg,the growth was the same as the control.Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate had strong resistance to Cd,Pb,Zn contaminated soil.?2?Biomass.The biomass of Hemerocallis fulva at heavy metals stress was obviously higher than that in the control group,the biomass of Pomegranate in low concentration(Cd2+=5 mg/kg,Pb2+=500 mg/kg,Zn2+=500 mg/kg)was significantly higher than that of the control group.Heavy metal stress promoted the growth of Hemerocallis fulva,low concentration of heavy metal stress promotes the growth of Pomegranate.?3?The absorption of Cd,Pb,Zn.Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate:aboveground>underground.The heavy metal concentration of Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate roots were greater than the control.?4?Enrichment coefficient.Hemerocallis fulva on Cd,Pb,Zn enrichment coefficient under heavy metal stress was less than the control.On the whole,the enrichment coefficient of Hemerocallis fulva:1>Cd>Zn>Pb,Pomegranate:1>Cd>Pb>Zn.The enrichment coefficient of Cd,Pb,Zn in Pomegranate:aboveground>underground.Heavy metal pollution had inhibitory effects on enrichment coefficient of Cd,Pb,Zn in Hemerocallis fulva and on enrichment coefficient of Pb in Pomegranate.The enrichment ability of Cd:Pomegranate>Hemerocallis fulva,but Pb,Zn:Pomegranate<Hemerocallis fulva.?5?Transfer coefficient.The transfer coefficient of Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate on Cd,Pb,Zn were higher than the control.On the whole,the transfer coefficient of Hemerocallis fulva under single heavy metal stress:1>Pb>Cd>Zn,under combined heavy metal stress:Zn>Cd>Pb>1.Heavy metal stress promoted transportion of Cd,Pb,Zn in Hemerocallis fulva,the combined had the stronger promotion.It indicated that the heavy metal contamination promoted transportion of Cd,Pb,Zn in Hemerocallis fulva and Pomegranate.The transport ability of Cd,Pb,Zn:Pomegranate>Hemerocallis fulva.The transfer coefficient of Pomegranate:Zn>Cd>Pb.On a whole,Pomegranate and Hemerocallis fulva can be used to repair the heavy metal polluted soil,and Pomegranate and Hemerocallis fulva had the best repairing effect on the soil polluted by Cd.
