Recently,the honeycomb-patterned porous films with highly ordered arrangement,uniformly pore size distribution and greatly specific area has attracted much attention due to the wide range of potential applications,such as superhydrophobic material,templating materials,supramolecular organization,separation membranes,sensing materials,biomaterials,and photo-electronic materials.The breath figures method has become the most common technique for fabricating films with honeycomb micropore patterns due to its versatility,cost effectiveness,safety and briefness.Yet the research about the mechanism of fabricating honeycomb-patterned porous films and the diversified application of porous films is still inadequate.Based on the above background,we fabricated a series of honeycomb-patterned porous films under different conditions o n the basis of breath figures method and investigated the methods and conditions of building orderly porous films by changed solvent type,concentration,molecular weight of polymers and the proportion of hydrophilic copolymers and hydrophobic polymers in this dissertation.And the location of hydrophilic groups on honeycomb porous membranes was studied by fluorescence labeling.The main content of the thesis is divided into three parts:1.Preparation and characterization PHPA-co-PHPA-RhB honeycomb-patterned porous films.PS and PHPA-co-PHPA-RhB hydrophilic copolymers were obtained and fabricated porous films breath figures method.The polymer structure were characterized by FT-IR and ~1H NMR,and the porous films were characterized by SEM and AFM,SEM analysis showed that the pore size of the porous film decreases with the increasing of molecular weight and the proportion of hydrophobic polymers.2.Preparation and characterization PS-b-Tb complex honeycomb-patterned porous films.Diblock copolymer PS-b-Tb complex were obtained by RAFT and fabricated porous films breath figures method.The fluorescence emission spectrum indicated the Tb has loaded into PS-b-Tb complex and the honeycomb porous film has luminous properties.From SEM images,we can find the pore size of the porous film decreases with the increasing of molecular weight and the concentration.3.Preparation and characterization PS-b-Eu complex honeycomb-patterned porous films.Diblock copolymer PS-b-Eu complex were obtained by RAFT polymerization,and Eu was loaded into copolymer as fluorescence labeling factor.The honeycomb-patterned porous films with fluorescence properties was cast by breath figures method.The copolymer and porous films were characterized by a variety of techniques such as FT-IR,~1H NMR,SEM and CLSM,and the hydrophilic groups were confirmed that load at interior of hole.
