After years of development,the eastern part of the old oil field has entered the mid-to-late stage of development,accident wells and casing damaged wells increase greatly,has seriously affected the development of oil field.After years of research and field application,the existing domestic technology has been able to meet the needs of the shallow drilling depth(less than 3200m)5 1/2 "casing sidetracking operation.But for deep drilling depth(greater than 3200m)5 1/2"casing sidetracking,the existing technology still can not meet the need of operation.How to resump production of old wells,tapping the potential of residual oil in deep,improving the injection and production well network by using the deeper 5 1/2" casing sidetracking technology has become a realistic problem can not be avoided in the old oilfield.In Zhongyuan Oilfield as an example,the deep oil and gas were widely distributed in Zhongyuan oil field.There are more than 700 casing damage wells,sidetracking wells by accident to resume production,development and Realization of the oilfield stable production in deep reservoir.In order to restore the deep well production,to improve the injection production well network,to tap the potential of remaining oil,to reduce the development costs,using the deep small size casing sidetracking technology to improve the oilfield development effect be imperative.Through the research of deep 5 1/2" casing sidetracking key technology can solve the technical problems in the present development of the block,provide powerful technical support and fine managemen for the efficient development of Zhongyuan Oilfield.The research results of the project not only has important significance for the Zhongyuan oil field,also has the reference significance and guiding role for other oil fields of China in deep sidetracking drilling technology.In this paper,researched and analysed the influence of slim hole sidetracking circulating pressure loss sensitive factors and distribution laws of circulating pressure lossing,established the slim hole circulating pressure loss calculation model,optimization of the consumption structure of special pressure losing drilling tool,developed the low solid resistance and low friction drilling fluid system.The antihypertensive consumption of non-standard tools and high density drilling fluid drag reduction technology to increase drilling speed,forming a substantially improve the ROP of drilling fluid technology.Aiming at the complex type and characteristics of deep slim hole sidetracking slim hole drilling,developed a leak plugging formula,an anti-resistance card,prevention and treatment of water strata,made a series of safety technical measures.Developed a leak plugging formula,screw drill tool failure prevention,Formed the Dongpu old area double casing,deep sidetracking slim hole positive injection and antiextrusion cementing technology of tail pipe,established a good technical base for the next step to explore the more difficult casing sidetracking.
