With the rapid development of economy,the increasing of the demands for fossil fuels is leading to CO2 emission increasing year by year,and causing more and more serious greenhouse problems.Coal-fired power plants is the main CO2 emission source,and capture CO2 from flue gas is of great significance to alleviate global climate change.Chemical absorption methods have been widely used because of its simple process and relatively mature technology,among these methods,MEA capture technology has been widely researched and applied in recent decades due to its fast absorption rate and high absorption efficiency advantages,however,this method requires large energy consumption and high operation cost.Therefore,research on CO2 capture process flow of the energy saving to reduce capture cost has important engineering significance.This thesis is based on the background of Shengli power plant 100 tons/day of CO2 capture project,and the CO2 capture process system is introduced in detail,including the choice of physical method and the unit operation module in the CO2 capture system and the rate-based model selection.By utilizing the ProTreat software which simulates CO2 capture process,the process model is established.The capture process system is established by ProTreat,then,the absorption and desorption parameters are analyzed including absorption temperature,absorption solution flow,and lean CO2 load rate.The engineering models are established by using two methods,least-square method and BP neural network,and the process parameter sensitivity are analyzed in detail.According to the characteristics of reactive distillation of desorption column,reaction terms are added into the MESH equations to establish a equilibrium-level static model.The main parameters directly related to renewable energy are found out through analyzing the model,after that,the relationship between renewable energy and the parameters is analyzed.Analysis shows that renewable energy mainly concentrated on sensible heat of rich liquid and desorption chemical heat.The MEA concentration,bottom pressure also have great effect on energy consumption.The stripping column dynamical mathematical model is established,which will provide guidance to stripping column control algorithms research.
