| Hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(CL-20)is the best single explosive in comprehensive performance so far,which plays a significant role in the development of advanced weapon system.Besides the properties of high energy level and high density,the spherical CL-20 also has lower shock sensitivity than conventional CL-20.The preparation of CL-20 having series of granule size contributes to grain size distribution,increasing charge density and energy performance of composite explosive,and then improving the performance of weapon system.The effects of organic small molecular A,B,C,D,E,F on the crystal morphology of CL-20 in ethyl acetate-trichlormethane solvent system were studied systematically.The results showed that alcohols and acetic acid had greater impact,changing the crystal morphology from cuboid to sphere and spindle,respectively.On the basis of spherical research,the effects of ratio of solvent to non-solvent,temperature,time and stirring speed of phase transition process on grain size of CL-20 were researched in detail.The above study contributed to the preparation of CL-20 having series of granule size. |
