There are many ways to design garment structure in the modern garment industry.Prototype and proportion method are the most important methods for garment structure design in domestic enterprises at present.However,there are still some shortcomings.For example,the prototype method is more systematic,but because of the control of body parts only use a bust parameter,the width of the armhole by the body size minus the amount of other parts of the body,ignoring differences in body size.The human body itself has some differences in body shape characteristics.Based on the human body thickness,this paper studies a method of designing the structure of women's tops to improve the fit of clothing.The paper focuses on the analysis of the principle of armhole forming.Through the research on the body shape of the upper body of young women in North China,the statistical analysis of the parts affecting the structure design is made.Especially,the data of arm root thickness corresponding to armhole width is compared with other data The maximum arm circumference and arm root thick correlation is extremely high.On the basis of the sample clothes to do the incision experiment,the amount of relaxation required for each part of the size of the distribution of the bulk of the distribution of women's clothing,and Japan's cultural style clothing for apparel comfort evaluation.Experiments learned that cultural prototype back width,chest width size to meet the daily activity of the human body,but the same bust,different arm circumference of women on the body of the armpit have different needs.Based on the previous work,the paper studied the corresponding structure of the basic model of the blouse,analyzed and summarized the control parts such as the chest width,back width,armhole width,thoracic angle and the corresponding extent of the circumference.Based on the experimental data,The conclusion of the hole area is the drawing formula related to the maximum circumference of the arm,and the basic model of the fit women's wear is established.The feasibility of this method and the suitability and aesthetics of the sample garment are verified through the human-platform test and real-life experiment.The experimental results show that the design method of the fit-women 's structure based on armhole width control can meet the requirements of fit women' s size in terms of size.This method is simple,convenient and intuitive.
