Suiling black pottery as a non-material cultural heritage in Heilongjiang Province,with black as paint,as a mirror,hard as porcelain,sound exhausted quality,is an important part of traditional Chinese ceramic culture.FDM is one of the most widely used in 3D printing technology.Because of its low operating costs,for printing a wide range of materials,equipment with light,environmental protection and other advantages,it is popular with domestic and foreign research scholars and enterprises.The clay material has good plasticity and is suitable for extrusion molding.It can be recycled,no pollution to the environment,and the cost is very low.But with respect to ABS and other FDM materials extrusion has a good impact absorption capacity,clay in the extrusion process will be "caking rupture" phenomenon.While the clay is easy to get into the air,a suspension of bubbles will be formed which will cause the clay in the extrusion is very unstable.In this paper,most of the ceramic printing on the market using ceramic powder laser sintering and ceramic resin composite light curing in two ways,the printing equipment is very expensive.So FDM of 3D printing technology will be applied to design a black pottery printer can print the ceramic body.And its kinematics analysis will be carried out.Firstly,the characteristics of the clay material are analyzed.The influence of different process parameters on the forming quality of the black pottery are studied by experimenting the extrusion of the clay.The parameters suitable for printing the ceramic billet are obtained.The effects of different soil and water ratio on the quality of molding are studied.The water content is too high,and the strength of the green body is insufficient.The water content is too low,and the extruded mud is easily broken.The ratio of soil to water suitable for printing is 1:2.The effects of different nozzle diameter on the forming quality of molding are studied.The size of the nozzle is determined by the size of the nozzle.The smaller the diameter of the nozzle is,the higher the molding quality is,and the suitable printing diameter is 1mm.The influence of the extrusion speed on the molding quality is studied.The extrusion pressure is proportional to the extrusion speed.The pressure is too large,and the unit time to squeeze the mud too much.The filament becomes thick.The pressure is too small,and it is prone to filament fracture.The suitable pressure for printing extrusion is 0.4MPa.The effects of nozzle extrusion cone angle on the molding quality are studied.The smaller the cone angle is,the more smoothly the extrusion is,and the suitable taper angle is 120°.The influence of the scanning speed on the molding quality is studied.The faster the scanning speed is,the filament is easy to break.The scanning speed is slower and the mud is easy to accumulate.The suitable scanning speed for printing is 20mm/s.Secondly,according to the characteristics of clay extrusion,movement mode suitable for black pottery printing is chosen.Through the three systems for 3D printers: mechanical systems,hardware control systems and software systems,the design is presented.Solid modeling is finished by UG.According to the experiments different process parameters affect the quality of pottery body,the parameters suitable for printing black pottery are obtained.The overall design of the black pottery printer equipment is finished through parameters that print good pottery body.Finally,from the mechanical body structure of the 3D printer — the three-arm parallel mechanism,the kinematic characteristics of the mechanical body mechanism are analyzed,and the mechanism of machine freedom is 3.Then,the kinematics equation is deduced,and the mathematical model of displacement and velocity is established.The Jacobian matrix of the mechanism is obtained.The kinematic simulation is carried out according to the virtual prototyping software.According to the obtained displacement,velocity and acceleration curve,it is proved that the design of the mechanism is reasonable.
