| The measurement of small module gear is more difficult than middle module gear by its geometrical size and property.With the development of science and technology,the size of the small module gear becomes even smaller,while the accuracy is much higher.In the traditional measurement method,positioning of the small module gear is hard.As a result,research on the small module gear measurement technology has become a hotspot in recent years.This thesis aimed at the small module gear with unknown parameters,calculated the parameters based on the boundary contour,and evaluated the pitch deviations.Main works were completed as follows.(1)Compared the ISO 1328-1:2013(E)and ISO 1328-1:1995,listed the differences between the two versions,the tolerance value was calculated and compared according to the two standards.(2)Presented the measurement principle and measuring procedure of the visual measurement of pitch deviations for the small module gears with the unknown parameters.Researched the basic camera calibration algorithm based on HALCON development environment.The image processing method of the sub-pixel edge detection is researched.Reverse calculating algorithm of the parameters of the small module gear and pitch deviation evaluation method was analyzed.(3)The measurement system was designed,including hardware selection,and the experimental platform was constructed.The architecture design of measurement and control software is proposed in this work.The main interface of the software is also introduced in this thesis.(4)Experiments including the image acquisition,camera calibration,the sub-pixel edge detection,and the pitch deviations evaluation were done,which verified the measurement principle. |
