Study On The Formulation System Of Anaerobic Adhesive

Anaerobic adhesive,referred to as the anaerobic adhesive is a kind of adhesive,fixed and sealed up the adhesive,it has the characteristics of anaerobic curing.Its remarkable characteristic is in the presence of oxygen not curing environment,once isolated from the air,which will quickly become insoluble solid polymerization and good bonding properties of adhesive layer,it is called anaerobic glue.Unlike instant glue,anaerobic adhesive is not the same structure formed by homologues,but with similar structure(acrylate or methacrylate)of different compounds,so it has many varieties,the characteristics of multi performance.A typical anaerobic adhesive system mainly comprises the following components,monomer(hydroxyl acrylate),initiator(cumene hydroperoxide),inhibitor(1,4 napHthoquinone),accelerator,accelerator,filler and other additives etc.in order to inhibit the polymerization of anaerobic adhesive,glue is generally stored in a permeable(oxygen easily penetrate the container(usually)of low density polyethylene material).Join by changing the different kinds of monomers and prepolymers and other additives,detection and testing a large number of screening a large number of outstanding anaerobic adhesive formula,the performance of different formulations of anaerobic adhesive formulation was determined,focusing on shear strength,factors affecting the positioning time and curing time and its effect anaerobic adhesive properties;the different prepolymer polymerization initiation system,study the effect of filler type on the anaerobic adhesive,to determine the optimal experimental condition part of anaerobic adhesive formulations.Study on the anaerobic adhesive by choosing appropriate,initiator,accelerator,accelerator and its content,improve the bonding performance of anaerobic adhesive and the weather resistance and aging resistance and storage stability and warranty requirements.This paper mainly deals with the feasibility of commercial anaerobic adhesive products,in order to control costs under the premise of the indicators of anaerobic adhesive reached the advanced level,but high temperature offensive problems under the condition of high temperature adhesive bonding strength still needs to be further improved.Hope in the next step of anaerobic adhesive research and improvement and develop more excellent performance products,in order to adapt to the development of modern industry.
