China will build national unity carbon emissions trading market in 2017,then oil and gas industry would be covered firstly.How to undertake the responsibility of reducing GHG emission as well as guarantee the normal oil and gas production is an important problem that the oil and gas company will be faced.Therefore,conducting the GHG emission estimation method research could help the oil and gas company grasp the GHG emission data and respond to the carbon emissions trading market positively.Firstly,this thesis built oil production and surface processing GHG emission estimation models based on the theoretical analysis and field monitoring data,and then calculated the GHG emission inventory for oil production and surface processing stage.Where,oil production stage includes steam injection,water injection,gas injection,artificial lifting and casing gas venting sectors,surface processing stage includes oil and gas separation,oil heat treat,oil stabilization and oil output sectors.Secondly,crude oil production GHG emission estimation software was built according to these models.Software was based on life cycle assessment method,and covered all GHG emission sources from oil production to oil output.The functional unit of software is 1MJ output crude oil.Shengli Gudong oil field was selected as the sample zone for GHG emission estimation.GHG emission intensity of five main oil and gas production methods was calculated by monitoring data.GHG emission intensity of steam flooding,huff and puff,gas flooding,water flooding and conventional oil production processes are 12.85,6.88,5.82,4.39and 6.55gCO2eq/MJ respectively.Finally,sensitive analysis and comparative validation were conducted for the GHG emission intensity of five main oil and gas production processes.Results show that the vairations and uncertainties of oil and gas production GHG emission mainly determained by the study scope,production process and data sources.Using LCA method could fully and systematically estimate the GHG emission of oil and gas production processes,and find the sensitive factors of GHG intensity.The methods and results in this thesis could be used by the oil and gas industry to estimate the GHG emission and to reduce GHG emission.
