Reaming while drilling technology is a method for optimizing well structure,improving the cementing quality,increasing drilling efficiency,reducing operating costs and other aspects of the application of technology,However,because of the reaming while drilling tools,construction,downhole flow field and reaming tools in the underground movement and so the lack of awareness,limiting the process of application and promotion.At present,domestic reaming while drilling tool is still in its infancy,not only the in-depth theoretical study is insufficient,but also the field application effect of some of the reaming tool is not ideal.Therefore,the drilling column reaming while drilling tools and numerical optimization analysis is necessary.This paper is based on the reaming while drilling tools mechanics model,applied the finite element method and analyzed the stress and deformation reaming tools,provided as a theoretical basis for the bottom hole assembly model.Application of the theory of elasticity,obtained slightly eccentric reaming tool stress state and strength requirements in normal operating state and tripping state of the drill string.At the same time,in order to better solve the drilling process of sticking,necking and other issues calculated eccentric reaming while drilling tools diameter maximum theoretical formula,eccentric reaming BHA corresponding maximum lateral displacement greater than conventional drilling assembly consistent with theory.To determine the drill column and the drill micro reaming tool with the best combination of parameters,this paper used the method of finite element analysis for different drilling parameters of micro reaming tools,reaming conduct flow field simulation obtained under different parameters Drill column drilling micro reaming tool speed,flow and pressure distribution line contours.The results can be used with the micro-drilling reaming tools to design and evaluate the reasonableness of the operating parameter optimization.Based on the theoretical analysis and field test results,this paper also optimized parameters for reaming while drilling tools.
