With the increasing difficulty of conventional oil and gas exploration and development,as well as advances in shale gas geological theory and exploration and development technology, shale gas and other unconventional oil and gas resources have drawn attention around the world. In this paper, the various factors affecting the shale reservoir fracture conductivity support, combined with the characteristics of the reservoir, numerical simulation and experimental methods are combined to carry out mechanism. The use of “Eclipse” numerical simulation software to primarily optimize fracture network under conditions, conductivity relationship between sewing branches, spacing of fracture parameters and geological characteristics of the reservoir, research into numerical simulation capacity for different modes, branched seam conductivity relationship, preferable optimum conductivity value under the reservoir conditions.Comprehensively considered the impact of proppant type under different pressure conditions, particle size, laid concentration and other factors.Using conductivity testing system to simulate reservoir temperature, closure stress conditions, the proppant conductivity were evaluated to obtain the diverse results of different particle size ratio conditions, and preferably the optimum particle size combined mode. The use of innovative design pressure testing machine firstly carried out cyclic stress loading stimulation opening. With shale reservoir fracture conductivity, formation stress fluctuations causes by shut-in process affects experimentation. The results showed that: the effect of Shale reservoir flow capacity on formation stress fluctuations is comparatively greater;with increase in the number of cyclic loading, crack width is reduced, and the proppant crushing rate began to rise significantly, and then leveled off. Finally, through long-term diversion tests, comparatively researched the long term diversion experiment of baseline experiments and composite factors.Research on shale fracturing site design and construction provides a theoretical basis and has a certain reference value. |
