Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the continuous development of modern industry of our country,air pollution become more and more serious,haze occurrs frequently,nitrogen oxide emissions increased year by year.At present,it has become the second air pollutants only to the sulfur dioxide.In order to control the emission of NO_x,dust and other pollutants,all kinds of air pollutant emission standards have been promulgated in succession in China.Enterprise adjust combustion and flue gas denitrification to control NO_x emission,so as to achieve the purpose of emission reduction.Firstly,it introduces the development of domestic and denitration technology status and new technologies,and it describes the current NO_x control technology and industrial applications.Then combined with the actual situation of the SD group company#3 boiler removal of denitration renovation project,compared the technical characteristics of the various processes of denitrification,it gets the optimum technical route for SD group#3coal-fired boiler removal denitrification engineering-selective catalytic reduction(SCR)flue gas denitration process.The purposes of this thesis is to achieving low nitrogen by renovation SD group company#3 boiler’s denitrification project.After denitrification transformation,it analyzes the#3 boiler’s NO_x emission reduction effect and the factors affecting the stability of combustion emissions.Based on the operation status of#3 boiler and the data of raw material index,the selection of SCR flue gas denitrification process was carried out.It selected the catalytic reducing agent by analyzing the process of SCR flue gas denitrification system.After the transformation of this project,the low NO_x combustion efficiency and denitrification efficiency were analyzed and evaluated,which provided guidance for the optimization operation of SD denitrification system of#3 boiler SCR.Through the analysis of the performance index,it choces the appropriate dilution air volume and amount of ammonia.Ammonia air mixture ratio is about 5%,which can reduce operating costs,but also can achieve the good effect of denitrification.By analyzing SCR denitrification reconstruction project of SD Group#3 boiler,it can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
