According to the development of offshore oil and gas field in our country and the demand of marine fracturing technology, the Fracturing Fluid System of High Temperature Seawater-based is studied in this paper.Aimed at the low viscosity of fracturing fluid i and the difficult performance of fracturing fluid in the high temperature condition,We find a new kind of fracturing fluid for Offshore high temperature well. And on this basis, were selected the assistant for the fracturing fluid additives(Chelating agent, temperature stability agent,Auxiliary drainage agent, crosslinking agent).Through the experiment,we optimized the amount of the various additives.95°C base recipe: 0.45%thickener+0.8% chelating agent +0.5% temperature stabilizer agent+0.2% Auxiliary drainage agent +0.1% bactericide135°C base recipe: 0.5%thickener+1% chelating agent +1% temperature stabilizer agent+0.2% Auxiliary drainage agent +0.1% bactericideThen, this paper carried out the comprehensive performance evaluation of fracturing fluid.According to a series of evaluation experiments, the two fracturing fluid system of high temperature seawater-based has good performance. Finally, the rheology of fracturing fluid system was studied.Experiments show that the two fracturing fluid system of high temperature seawater-based has good shear properties:95°C system the end dynamic viscosity after 170-1s shear rate shear 2H,103mPa·s;95°C system the end dynamic viscosity after 170-1s shear rate shear 2H,105.7mPa·s.(the standard requirement,50 mPa·s).The rheological parameters of the fracturing fluid are obtained through the experiment of the fracturing fluid, which provides the basis for the design of the fracturing operation and the calculation of the frictional resistance of the fracturing fluid.
