Perforation completion is the most widely-used well completion method.Perforation parameters can directly determine the form of perforation tunnels and then determine perforation effect,therefore the design result of perforation parameters is essential to well completion effect.Unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is widely distributed in our country and aiming at this kind of reservoir,so it is of great practical meaning to build a proper perforation parameter design method considering its characteristics.According to the characteristics of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir,this thesis considers productivity,casing strength and sanding prediction,builds a calculation model of productivity ratio and a method to calculate the decrease of casing strength,analyzes the influence of perforation parameters on productivity ratio and the decrease of casing strength,which provides reference for perforation parameters optimization design,and builds a sanding prediction model with perforation parameters considered.With the models mentioned above and the methods to correct perforation parameters and calculate perforation negative pressure,in the end a perforation parameter design method for unconsolidated sandstone reservoir is formed.By this method,the software with high operability and practicability is wrote using VB language,which can apply to the calculation of productivity ratio and the decrease of casing strength,sanding prediction,perforation parameters correction and perforation negative pressure calculation,and is run with practical data,confirming that it receives a good application effect.
