| Main oil layers ES2 and ES3 of Cao 104 heavy oil reservoir with edge-bottom water are taken as the research object.That heat utilization rate of injection wellbore decrease,water cut of production wells increase sharply and oil production decrease are existing problems in the oil field.The article does research on these problems and several development countermeasures are put forward.For the problem of low wellbore heat utilization rate of steam injection,comprehensive analysis of wellbore heat transfer model is established and the model calculation results are compared with the test results in oil filed to verify the validity of the model.Then article analyses parameters sensitivity of steam injection,and put forward the optimal steam injection parameters to this oil filed.For Edge-bottom water invasion problem,based on the typical model of the oil filed,effect factors of water invasion to heavy oil reservoir is researched,and put forward some solutions such as mechanical blocking method and selective blocking method with chemical blocking agent and changing development mode from steam huff and puff to steam driving.Then article based on the typical model,compare steam huff and puff with steam flooding,and do optimal selection.Finally,to improve the wellbore heat utilization rate and control edge-bottom water,measures are applied in the numerical simulation process.Compare recovery after 20 years of four different plans with different time to turn to steam flooding,and the conclusion is that optimal time to turn to steam flooding is in 2018,and 20 years later recovery is about 14.95%. |
