Using wireless control technology to transform the traditional cementing head,the staff can be able to complete the glue of release of cement head plug,ball and other operations away from drilling platform.Wireless radio frequency technology is combined with virtual instrument and single chip microcomputer to realize wireless control of electric control operation of cement head.The wireless control system of the cementing head is mainly composed of three parts,the upper computer,the lower computer and the electric actuator.The upper computer system uses LabVIEW Virtual instrument technology to develop the operation panel and controlling procedures,selects nRF24L01 wireless module for wireless data transmission.Using the SPI MCU Arduino serial port and USB interface completes the wireless module and Lab VIEW program two-way communication.The lower computer system uses Arduino development board as the main control unit,receiving data by n RF24L01.Arduino parses the wireless signal according to the pre recording program.The signal controls the electromagnetic valve by an amplifying circuit,thereby controlling the pneumatic actuator gas path.The wireless module,the Arduino development board and the electromagnetic valve are combined together to receive,decode and execute the transfer instructions of the upper computer.Finally,the control system of PID and state observer are used to study the precise control of the pneumatic actuator of the cementing head.
