To in-depth study of methanol synthesis process,in-depth understanding of internal fluid flow,mass transfer,heat transfer and reaction processes in the methanol synthesis reactor,optimizing the operation of methanol generation process and the methanol synthesis reactor design improvements are important.This paper analyzes the development status and synthesis reactor methanol,performed for the methanol synthesis process simulation and numerical simulation for the fixed bed methanol synthesis reactor during the fluid flow,heat transfer,mass transfer and reaction.First,actual industrial methanol synthesis processes were simulated to verify the methods used in process simulation,modeling and software reliability,the parameters of the gap is not more than 2%.In the original series and parallel two reactors coupling process simulation results are comparative basis,changing the form of series and parallel process to explore series and parallel flow of the advantages and disadvantages in the form of product yield,quality,energy aspects and exhausted gas,analyzing different forms attached to each parameter which makes the difference.Changing the methanol synthesis reaction exhausted gas placed in different locations to simulate the process,changing the gas released at a location for the reactor and export changes in product quality and yield little.Energy consumption selected from methanol separation tank # 1 overhead emissions exhausted gas deflated way more advantages.Optimization simulations # 1 which from methanol separation tank top with drawn exhausted gas deflated way,is more sensitive in terms of adjusting the gas flow circulation,helps reduce the actual production and better production load.Using CFD simulation software,proposing the calculation model of mass transfer,heat transfer and flow in different regions inside the reactor.Through a fixed bed reactor for methanol synthesis structure and internal flow process analysis it can be revealed inside the complex process of mutual influence.Get detailed internal rate,velocity on Y direction and static pressure and methanol synthesis are analyzed within a fixed bed reactor fluid flow pattern,in the porous zone the warp velocity and pressure distribution is more uniform,but with the overhead structure,reaction the upper portion of the fluid distribution is poor.Verify the availability and simplified model conditions,as well as provide a basis for the reaction,the numerical simulation of heat and the parameters in further research.Methanol Synthesis fixed bed reactor complex internal flow and heat transfer coupling reaction conditions.Determine the parameters associated with each,and recognizing related processes,without the inverse reaction,qualitative researching of the relevant parameters of the reactor during the reaction and heat transfer process in the internal distribution.Fixed bed methanol synthesis reactor upper and lower area of the catalyst is the uneven flow after added to the reaction.Especially in the area which near the reactor side wall,there is a larger temperature difference.Meanwhile,since methanol synthesis is an exothermic reaction,reaction zone at a rate significantly increased,the reactor pressure is increased significantly in warp direction.When the overall catalyst zone to take the heat reaches about 2.5 × 106 W / m3,the main zone temperature can be controlled in the optimum operating range.The temperature gradually increased in the warp direction,the central region of the catalyst temperature is stable axially,but gradually increased in the upper and lower portions,the upper portion is the emergence of over-temperature to 290-300?,consistent with the actual industrial production.To research the influence of structure parameters of methanol synthesis fixed bed reactor for each parameter.After opening rate for the central tube of different numerical simulation,different opening rate(1.2%,2.5%,5%,10%,20%,40% and 60%)for the fluid flow rate and the size of the flow of basic law is no effect.When the opening ratio is small,in the warp direction has a greater pressure,the fluid in the reactor advantageously evenly distributed.But the overall total axial pressure is large,the flow and the stability of the reactor body region still have a greater impact.Through the bi-directional feed methanol synthesis reactor simulation,in the fluid distribution,facilitate better distribution for fluid by having a greater upward pressure,axial pressure more uniform temperature distribution also relatively uniform.In the heat exchange of the same size,two-way feed reactor has a better temperature distribution?...
