During the production and processing of cigarettes,the tobacco leaves have different moisture content requirements at different stages.To ensure the subsequent processing characteristics of the tobacco during the grading storage,it is necessary to maintain a moisture content of 13% to 18% to reduce the damage of the tobacco leaves and improve the toughness of the tobacco leaves.Degree and processing performance guarantee the quality of tobacco leaf products,and the lack of rapid humidification and resurgence of smoke in smoke stations has become a key factor constraining the development of the tobacco industry.In order to develop a rapid humidification device for tobacco leaves dedicated to a smoke station,this article first conducted modeling and simulation analysis of the phenomenon of heat and mass transfer during humidification and rejuvenation of tobacco leaves,and combined the existing rejuvenation equipment to determine the humidification program and the rejuvenation machine.As a whole structure,a vacuum rejuvenation machine suitable for rapid humidification of smoke in smoke stations was designed,and related experiments were conducted on the rejuvenation machine.The specific research content is as follows:(1)Extensive research on smoke collection and storage links in smoke stations,statistical analysis of the scale of storage and storage of the smoke station,work efficiency,and the layout of the smoke station,determination of the overall operating parameters of the rejuvenation machine,and selection of suitable humidification resurgence methods.(2)Analyze the process of humidification and resurgence of tobacco leaves to obtain the mechanism of heat and mass transfer in the process of rejuvenation of tobacco leaves.Simulation analysis of mass transfer and heat transfer phenomena based on Comsol multiphysics simulation software is provided to study the mechanism of rejuvenation of tobacco leaves.Intuitive reference.(3)Simulated analysis of moistening and rejuvenation of tobacco leaves,and obtained the relationship between the moisture concentration and temperature of tobacco leaves with the time of re-tide,and provided a reference for studying the rejuvenation process of tobacco leaves.(4)Through the analysis of the existing humidification and rejuvenation machine,a three-dimensional mapping software was used to rationally design the tobacco rejuvenation machine in the smoke station,and the flow field distribution inside the rejuvenation tank was simulated and analyzed using the Comsol multiphysics simulation software,and the rejuvenation room was obtained.Distribution of flow field,and optimization of the box structure design.At last,the experimental study on the flow field distribution in the rejuvenation room was conducted to provide the basis for the next research on the rejuvenation process of tobacco leaves.(5)Based on Matlab programming software,the tobacco leaf color extraction system was compiled,which provided a numerical basis for evaluating the color change of tobacco leaf appearance.(6)The rejuvenation test was conducted on the tobacco leaves.The moisture content of the tobacco leaves after re-tide was used as the index to conduct singlefactor tests,orthogonal tests,and regression tests on the tobacco leaves.Through the analysis and treatment of the test results,the optimum process parameters for the moisture content of the tobacco rejuvenation were obtained.combination.
