China's natural gas resources stocked,mostly in the Midwest and other industrial underdeveloped areas,however,the main consumption of natural gas is concentrated in the eastern coastal region of industrialized areas,a relatively small gas reserves in these areas,which requires these natural gas transport from eastern coastal areas to central and western regions.The main mode of transportation of natural gas pipeline transport,requiring pressurized gas pressurization equipment to ensure the normal delivery of natural gas.In the pressurization equipment,the application of the reciprocating compressor is relatively common,but there are changes periodically during the operation of the load,so that the risk of the presence of shafting torsional vibration.In this paper,motor driven reciprocating compressor group torsional vibration calculation and analysis of its reliability.In this paper,the composition of reciprocating compressors,the working principle is analyzed.Firstly torsional vibration model reciprocating compressors,calculated shaft vibration response,in this based on the failure mode and the type of fault analysis.Analysis of the composition of the shaft,the shaft structure survey the entire modeling and simulation methods,establish crank shaft shafting dynamics model simulation,and analysis of shafting possible problems.The reliability of data collected gas compressors,reciprocating compressor fault tree structure,and based on fault tree to drive the compressor device failure and fault tree qualitative and quantitative analysis of the reliability of the computer group.Analysis of key importance in the event of failure modes based on the basic type of failure to identify major emerging,targeted to lower the risk of failure suppression measures.According compressor torsional vibration analysis process,the preparation of torsional vibration analysis software for different operating conditions were analyzed,resulting in dangerous working conditions,dangerous conditions to verify the reliability of the shaft.Targeted improvement measures,thereby reducing the probability of failure of the shaft system,reducing failures and actual production losses caused by torsional vibration.Torsional Vibration Analysis Based on the results of compressors,compressor further analysis of safety and reliability of the entire group.
